[turba] Disappearing contacts from all the personal address books

Hi,

The problem is solved after I restored the missing records in the database.
I wrote a script that create the missing entries based on the existing 
perm_users entries, which remained untouched in the database.

The other question, that how could these records be removed from the 
table is still unanswered, but that is a different story.

Thank you very much for your kind help, I could not solve this trouble 
without that.
