[turba] Address books not found (Upgrade -> 2.2 CVS)

You didn't mention how long it's been since you did a cvs update...but  
if you are upgrading from 2.1.x to 2.2 then you also must run the  
flatten_shares upgrade script as described in docs/UPGRADING
