[turba] Can´t create addressbooks

Hi,

just wanted to attach a remark on this issue, as I just solved this for 
myself, using Etch like you.

Creating an address book entry failed saying "Address book succesfully 
created" because I had not configured a datatree backend in the global 
Horde setup. This makes all the difference.

< $conf['datatree']['driver'] = 'null';
---
 > $conf['datatree']['params']['driverconfig'] = 'horde';
 > $conf['datatree']['driver'] = 'sql';
