[turba] Remove "change permissions" button

I have horde 3.3 rc2, i set  $conf['share']['no_sharing'] = true, but 
nothing is change.

In the file turba/templates/addressbook_list.php  there is  <?php if 
(empty($conf['shares']['no_sharing'])): ?> is possible that i must set 
$conf['shares']['no_sharing'] and not $conf['share']['no_sharing'] in 
the horde config file ?
Is a bug ?
I use turba h3-2.2-rc3.
