[turba] How to disable managing address books

Hi,

I would like to ask a simple quesstion to all, so here it is my problem:
I want to disable address books for users.. I want that only one would
be left per person, so is there a way to disable such feature
(creating/deleting address books).. I want that user would be able to
add, modify, import, export contacts, but all theese actions must be
taken in one address book. Would be greatefull for your help.

Im using Turba: H3 (2.1.7)
