[turba] add a book icon next to a sender's e-mail

It depends on the type of address book source you are using in Turba.  
You can set the preference in imp/config/prefs.php, but only if you  
set it to a source that does _not_ have shares enabled, since each  
user's address book is identified by a unique id.
