[turba] upgrade to turba 2.2.1 not working properly

hi folks.

i've got two questions i hope someone can help me out with.

question 1:

horde 3.2.1 and imp 4.2 appear to have been implemented successfully. i've 
run the turba mysql schema upgrade script 2.1_to_2.2_sql_schema.php but 
the address book is only partly functional.

i can view contacts but when i click on an entry the following error 
occurs: "The contact you requested does not exist."

and when i try to add a new contact i get the error message: "Failed to 
access the address book: Source not found"

towards the end of the upgrade script it gave me the following option:

i'm guessing this might have something to do with it. what does this error 
message mean and how can i fix it?


question number 2.

SOME accounts are having login troubles. a user logs in but a blank screen 
appears below the menu bar. none of the menu buttons at the top are 
functional except for the logout button. however after deleting all 
references to that user in the horde_prefs table the login problem is 
fixed and everything is visible and functional. i've run one upgrade 
script for each horde and imp:

3.1_to_3.2.mysql.sql
sql/imp.sql

any ideas are most welcome!!
