[turba] webdav support?

Because no application that I know can used address books over WebDAV.  
So there is no point in advertising the URL. You can browse to it with  
any WebDAV browser, like Konqueror, Finder, Cadaver, and theoretically  
even Windows Explorer if you use the "Web Folders" feature. But of  
course Windows does all kind of weird things as usually to make it not  
work.
