[turba] Date field formatting

At the risk of having made a mistake in my configuration, I can't find  
how to change the date formatting.

Currently, after searching a contact in an address book, their birth  
date is displayed as 'DD-MM-YY' instead of the 'YYYY-MM-DD' format  
that I configured in the global options. The dates are stored as  
'YYYY-MM-DD' in the database alright, so it looks like the formatting  
is deliberately changed.

I'm using Turba 2.2.1 and a MySQL database.
