[turba] private flag does not work (funambol or turba problem?)

We don't support the CLASS attribute yet when importing vCard into  
Turba. So beside adding the private field to the map in sources.php,  
you would also have to change the toHash() and toVCard() methods in  
lib/Driver.php.
