[turba] Batch Export csv

Is it possible to batch export user address books via the CLI?  We are
migrating parts of our mail system and would like to provide users with a
copy of their Turba address book in CSV format in case they wish to import
it into other systems on campus.

I know we can accomplish the same thing via MySQL queries to the
turba_objects table, but was hoping to avoid a custom SQL query.  If anyone
has something written to nicely format the results via SQL, that would help,
too......
