Dear Sir,

What is the best way to merge now? We have decided to merge the users
from both servers into a one.

Suppose, a user exports his Address book and imports it back on new
server, will it get back with the same status? In this process,
anything is lost?
If nothing is lost and this duplication issue is solved, I would like
somebody to share php code which can export address book for all users
and import it on new server. It would be a great help for me.

Regards,
ANANT.
