[turba] list still active?

  i have a couple questions regarding upgrading an existing turba
install, but i want to make sure the list is still functioning.

p.s.  small typo in sources.php.dist, where it refers to
"turba/scripts/db/turba.sql", should be "turba/scripts/sql/turba.sql",
no?
