[turba] body of the mail not appearing in my reply to turba list. So, sending in text mode.

Hi Anant,

Thank you very much for the info.

After I enable the hook, new users created does not encounter the issue. But
existing users with mixed casing of usernames in the horde preferences still
encounter the issue as expected.

Is there any way I can change the DB values on the server level so these
users don't have to export/import anything?
