[turba] Urgent Help needed: After upgrade Turba don't import contacts anymore

I have noticed a strange error, putting the phear log to the maximum
debug level:

Oct 28 15:34:04 HORDE [debug] [turba] Hook _horde_hook_share_init in
application horde not called. [pid 5420 on line 1736 of
"/srv/www/htdocs/horde.new/horde/lib/Horde.php"]

I have also get the same configuration of horde, the same database of
horde and put into another machine...into the other machine it works
perfectly.... now i don't know what to think....
