[turba] Extend/Change Addressbook to Outlook Style

In turba i've got only one mail field.
I've got a german Outlook. In Outlook i don't have homeMail or  
workMail, there are only 3 mail fields: E-Mail; E-Mail 2; E-Mail 3.  
Also in Outlook are much more possibilities for phone number fields  
you can use, in turba i've got "only" home, work ,mobil(cellphone)  
,fax and pager. If i add for example phone field home2 in turba which  
exists in outlook, how i know which is the corresponding field in  
turba/outlook?
