I am confused as to what you mean by signature when talking about
turba (addressbook):
Horde does support S/MIME and GPG Ditital Signatures.
Horde also supports email signatures (personal email footers by user
profile)
Note that Horde 3.3.13 is not in support anymore. Currently in Support
are Horde 5 and Horde 4.
