[turba] CardDAV access from MacOS Address Book

I have not touched the turba backend configuration, as I don't have  
any other ressources like LDAP.
Thus I don't have a backend.local.php file -- only the default  
(faulty?) standard configuration.

To correct this error, do I have to change the 'favourites'-backend to  
include a __uid attribute?
