[turba] sidebar is not shown while 'use_shares' = true

Hi all,

while setting as
$cfgSources['localsql']['use_shares'] = false;

the side bar is not shown for:
search page (http://webmail.xxx.com/turba/search.php)
default page of turba (http://webmail.xxx.com/turba/)

however the side bar is shown for:
http://webmail.xxx.com/turba/browse.php
http://webmail.xxx.com/turba/add.php

I guess this is not expected, can someone provide fix for the search page
problem?
