[turba] address book not accessible

ooops. It has been the debian/6.0 (=ubuntu/12.04 lts) wiki entry which
lead me to horde3, so I'll restart by trying to get the debian unstable
packages to run on ubuntu 12.04 (I guess I will end up recompiling them
under 12.04).
