[turba] Nonexistant class "Horde_Form_Type_country" for field type "country"

Hello,

I removed Turba with pear unisntall horde/turba.
I purged all tables turba*
I reinstall Turba with pear install horde/turba.

But when trying to add a new contact in the new database I received  
the following error :

Nonexistant class "Horde_Form_Type_country" for field type "country"

Any idea ?
