there's no horde db engine. PEAR's DB.php class is used for db work. the
Horde_SQL/_Attributes classes are pretty specialised ones that you'll most
probably not need for this ulaform class.

you can even look at the ulaform/lib/Driver/sql.php for an example of sql
driver.
