[ulaform] monthdayyear field

hi ulaformers,

just wondering -- is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

if I set up a 'monthdayyear' field in a form in Ulaform I never seem to be able
to get it to display the date in the generated email. I think Form.php in
framework is losing the array fields inside the form field (month, day, year),
but I'm not having much luck finding out exactly where it's happening. Does
anyone have any clues?
