[whups] Code update (numerous features)

Ok, can you give him a head's up and let him know to read his 
whups@lists.horde.org email backwards so that he applies the newest code I 
submit?

Also, nice job on whoever setup the ticket summary in the Horde login page - I 
was just about to do that and now I don't :)
