My bad; MySQL is really cranky about join syntax. This should be fixed now

Does anyone have any test or nonsensitive whups data in mysql that they could
dump and attach to an email for testing whups. I would sure appreciate it.

Because of the sequences, it's not possible to do this in a portable way.
However, the administration interface lets you create everything you need.

Thanks, Chuck. That is probably what I needed to hear but not what
I really wanted to hear.;-) Is there any documentation to help get
a person started with the new admin interface? I know that I need
to start looking at it.

I figured it out. It didn't work because I am using vdomains and didn't
add @domain to my username in horde.php It works now but I'm getting
the following errors in the admin section of whups. CVS after your
changes today and new empty database.
Warning: Undefined index: name in /usr/src/horde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 164
Warning: Undefined index: description in /usr/src/horde/whups/lib/Admin.php on

line 167
Warning: Undefined index: subjectlist in /usr/src/horde/whups/lib/Admin.php on

but I'm getting closer :-)

"in the admin section" tells me nothing. What are you doing when you get those
errors?

Just went to horde/whups/admin.php but it seems to be fine now. I can't
reproduce the error.

Subject: Re: [whups] Whups test data.
Here are my 2 cents on error reportings:
CVS up to date, fresh and emtpy db tables.
In the Horde summary:
Warning: Uninitialized string offset: 0
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/api.php on line 56
Warning: Undefined index: id
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/api.php on line 59
and a lot of subsequent errors.
In whups itself:
1) Search Tickets -> click on search:
Warning: Uninitialized string offset: 0
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/templates/searchresults.inc on
line 36
Warning: Uninitialized string offset: 0
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/templates/searchresults.inc on
line 39
Also a few lines of senseless search results. Remember: no data entered so
far.
2) Query Tickets -> Current ticket type -> click on Change:
Warning: Form::execute called, should be overridden
3) Query Tickets -> Current Query -> select an action:
Javascript error: Object doesn't support this property or method in line 91
4) Query Tickets -> Date Criteria:
Error: Unknown query form date, defaulting to properties
5) Query Tickets -> Execute Query (with empty query):
Warning: Undefined index: ttype
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Query.php on line 274
6) Query Tickets -> Load Query (no query selected):
Warning: argument passed to unserialize() is not an string
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Query.php on line 297
7) Administration -> Edit modules -> click on Edit module (no module
selected):
Warning: Undefined index: name
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 164
Warning: Undefined index: description
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 165
Warning: Undefined index: versioned
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 167
Warning: Undefined index: subjectlist
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 168
8) Administration -> Edit modules -> click on Delete module (no module
selected):
Warning: Undefined index: name
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 205
Warning: Undefined index: description
in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/headhorde/whups/lib/Admin.php on line 206
This was just for the records. I didn't find the time so far to dig into
the whups code but if someone else is bored and likes a list to work
down... :-)
