[whups] Fwd: Whups Installation help

For everyone's reference, I've added README and docs/INSTALL files to Whups 
today, which should help some with this.

Also, a lot of work has been done on Whups lately, and it's getting to the 
point where it'll be able to sustain serious use soon. So I'd love some 
feedback and help fleshing things out/moving forward from here.
