[whups] WHUPS Release Update?

Greetings!

Was wondering if there was a tentative release date for WHUPS at this point?
No one on the list has asked that for a while.

Hoping the final product may be able to help us out -- we're basically
looking for a trouble ticket system, as well as something along the lines of
a knowledge base/FAQ -- we have several techs spread across four campuses
and the dissemination of current information or a method of accessing it on
demand can be rather difficult.
