I'm pretty sure I have.

Actually, do I need to add each individual user, or can I just set the
default perms for Whups? What I have is this:

Under "All Permisions" I created a child group for "whups" with:
   - default permisions: show,read,edit
   - guest permissions: none
   - event permissions: show,read,edit
   - users:
         cmv (me) show,read,edit,delete
   - groups:
         none configured

Shouldn't that work?
