Right. One of the things that just hasn't been implemented yet is adding the
ability to add yourself to the listeners list for a ticket, which would then
make sure you were copied on all mail for that ticket.

As you've seen, the table is there, the functions to get people from it are
there, there's just no UI for it or support in the backend for adding yourself
to the list.
