[whups] Default View Patch

I just updated my Whups and noticed that the prefs default view
'ticket/create' doesn't work since it mis-creates the forms.  Basically it
tries to goto /create.php instead of /ticket/create.php

This is just a small patch to fix this for the time being, but I'm sure
there's a better way to do it (since there always is).
