[whups] Whups without client requirements

Any idea when Whups will stop needing "clients" for its queues? Is there
anything I can do, without being too familiar with the inner workings of Whups?

We're trying to evalutate Eventum, Cerberus, and Whups. I'd like to see it be
Whups for this particular implementation, with Eventum as a second candidate.
Cerberus is nice, but seems to lack some fairly obvious (to me) things.
