[whups] blank frame with latest whups

I'm seeing just the same thing with as a recent post using the latest from CVS,
i.e., rest of Horde runs fine, but a blank frame for tickets. No useful debug
info to be had anywhere. Was there a resolution on this?

I've double checked permissions, server logs, horde log, etc.
