You're right in the fact that both cannot interact with eachother, it 
just doesn't make sense, unless I guess you merge the two arrays or 
something, but that just seems like a lot of overhead.

In the argument for type-subject lists, say you wanted to use Whups 
departmentally.  Well, you create a Queue for each department, and then 
assign unique types to each queue, where each type has a unique subject 
list.  As our implementation gets more advanced, this might be something 
I would personally find useful.
