[whups] Email notifications

Hi, I'm running Horde 3.0.3 with WHUPS 1.0

I'm not receiving any mail notifcations through when creating tickets or
sending reminders.  IMP works fine on that box and mail can come and go
freely, just not with WHUPS it seems.  Can anyone suggest why that might be
so and a solution?
