[whups] WHUPS and HORDE INSTALLATION ISSUES

Dear All,
 I am in the process to configure WHUPS and Horde.The problem i am 
facing right now is that i am unable to locate the files required to be 
downloaded for WHUPS,while with horde i am having the problem with 
file:libphp5.so(I am unable to locate it anywhere).Please anybody out 
there with any suggestions.I will be thankful for whatever help i will 
get from anyone.
