[whups] Where to get details on the permissions system

permissions are quite hard to understand. Whether with whups of with (for 
example) chora or whatever.

moreover i've been unable to find any documentation on the topic. 

So, basicly, i've given up using horde for the module where i need permission 
stuff.  (whups and chora).
