[whups] gzip'ed tarball of Whups

Good afternoon ... I was looking for a gzip'ed tarball of Whups and did not 
find one.

In the mailing list archives was a note from somebody that said there were 
no tarballs available except in the "daily snapshots" directory tree.

Can someone tell me which of the "snapshots" is the latest stable?  I don't 
mind running bleeding-edge software but I can't do it on this machine.
