[wicked] perms issues

There are still some issues with the page permissions (that are very cool,
btw. Thanks, Jason!):
If I add show and read permissions for guests to wicked, they have full
access to all pages.
It looks like page permissions are automatically added as soon as I visit
the perms view of page, whether I set some perms or not.
