[wicked] Setting up initial Wiki

OK.  Think I figured it out.

There are a few Wiki word entries in the scripts/data/WikiHome page that
do not exist.  

Can someone tell us if this was the intention?  If not, I will update
the default WikiHome page to eliminate those Wiki word entries and post
a patch.

My plan is to give information regarding the autocreate feature and
where to store/find these sorts of pages along with other bits of info
for Wicked.
