[wicked] page permissions

All,

Using HEAD source...I'm unable to edit the permissions for any of my Wiki 
pages.  The permissions are viewable/selectable (the URL displays: 
http://server/horde/admin/perms/edit.php?category=wicked%3Apages%3AShoDaHo&autocreate=1&autocreate_copy=wicked&autocreate_guest=6&autocreate_default=30), 
however, after pressing "Update" the page goes blank (the URL displays: 
http://server/horde/admin/perms/edit.php)

Any thoughts?
