[wicked] Could not refer to anchor

I can't refer to a exist anchor on the same page,here is whate i do to  
SanBox page in http://wiki.horde.org/EditPage?referrer=SandBox

As you can see the hyper link:[# Anchortest goto description] didn't  
active ,is this a bug ?
