[agora] NEWBIE QUESTION

[Geoff Hartman]

The Horde info I am using:
version 2.0 with PHP & Mysql
Horde seems to be running, & I added user to the horde_users table. I tried
to find the database configuration file and thought I could make changes,
but I am getting no error messages of anything. The files are commented, but
in some cases ambiguous.
