[announce] Kronolith 1.1 released

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the official release of Kronolith
version 1.1.

Kronolith is the Horde calendar application. It provides a stable and
featureful individual calendar system for every Horde user, allowing
repeating events, all-day events, custom fields, keywords, and managing
multiple users through Horde Authentication. The calendar API that
Kronolith uses is abstracted such that it could work with any backend, but
right now we provide SQL (abstracted to support most databases, including
MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MSSQL via PEAR DB) and MCAL backend
libraries.

Kronolith 1.1 should be considered a production-level release.  The code
has undergone a strict testing cycle in the form of a number of public
release candidates.

Changes in this release:

    - Remove deprecated DB::isWarning() calls causing error messages with
      newer PEAR versions.
    - Remove dependency on short open tags (<?=) being enabled.
    - Add print buttons to all relevant views.
    - Add user defineable categories.
    - Add week of month recurrence to SQL driver.
    - Add alarms to SQL driver.
    - Add Bulgarian, Simplified Chinese, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmaal and
      Romanian translations.
    - A lot of bug fixes and performance improvements.
