[announce] Nag H3 (2.0.2-RC1)

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the first release candidate of the Nag
Task List Manager version H3 (2.0.2).

Nag is a web-based application built upon the Horde Application Framework which
provides a simple, clean interface for managing online task lists (i.e., TODO
lists).  It also includes strong integration with the other Horde applications
and offers shared task lists.

Barring any problems, this code will be released as Nag H3 (2.0.2).
Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
Updated translations would also be great.

The major changes compared to the Nag H3 (2.0.1) version are:
    * Use bind variables in SQL driver.
    * Added upgrade script for PostgreSQL.
    * Some bug fixes and minor improvements.
    * Updated Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Finnish, German, Hungarian,
      Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, and Swedish translations.
