[announce] Turba H3 (2.0.3-RC1)

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the first release candidate of the Turba
Contact Manager version H3 (2.0.3).

Turba is the Horde contact management application. It is a production level
address book, and makes heavy use of the Horde framework to provide
integration with IMP and other Horde applications.

Barring any problems, this code will be released as Turba H3 (2.0.3).
Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
Updated translations would also be great.

Major changes compared to the Turba version H3 (2.0.2) are:
    * Added a generic SQL upgrade script.
    * Added example how to add a category field.
    * Don't show "Add" and "Browse" icons if not applicable.
    * Support birthdays in vCard imports and exports.
    * Use bind variables in SQL driver.
    * Several IMSP improvements.
