[announce] Horde 3.2-RC4

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the fourth and final release candidate
of the Horde Application Framework version 3.2.

The Horde Application Framework is a modular, general-purpose web application
framework written in PHP.  It provides an extensive array of classes that are
targeted at the common problems and tasks involved in developing modern web

Barring any problems, this code will be released as Horde 3.2.
Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
Updated translations would also be great.

The major changes compared to the Horde version H3 (3.2-RC3) are:
    * Added native SQL drivers for groups and permissions.
    * Modifying of blocks directly from the portal.
    * Allow users to specify login credentials for IMP.
    * Improved synchronisation.
    * Improved PGP and S/MIME support.
    * Improved WebDAV support.
    * Improved IE7 support.
    * Many further bugfixes and improvements.
