[announce] New website online

Hello Horders,

going along with the release of Horde 4 on Tuesday, we have another  
great release today. The new website just went online.
Special thanks to Gunnar Wrobel and mobileapart  
(http://www.mobileapart.com/) for getting the new design rolling, and  
to Michael Rubinsky who did most of the backend coding and converting  
of the old website's content.
