[announce] End of life of Horde 3.2 et al

Hello Horders,

with the release of Horde 4.0 and the related application releases,  
end of life has been reached for the Horde 3.2, IMP 4.2, DIMP 1.0,  
MIMP 1.0, Turba 2.2, Ingo 1.1, Kronolith 2.2, Nag 2.2, and Mnemo 2.1  
branches. No further security fixes will be provided for those  
versions. Horde 3.3, IMP 4.3, DIMP 1.1, MIMP 1.1, Turba 2.3, Ingo 1.2,  
Kronolith 2.3, Nag 2.3, Mnemo 2.2 will still be supported with  
security fixes and selected bug fixes.
