[ansel] Problem with conf.xml/php

Okay..

New conf.xml has come down out of CVS..

There are a few problems:
1) The tabs in the config has no data, just happen to find a "click" area
2) get these errors when trying to save:

PAst that.. I was trying to do the Watermark code, but seems someone beat 
me to
it.. :)  I hate trying to develop when I know in the back of my mind someone
else is doing it..
*heh* No hard feelings.. on to the next TODO item.. ;)
