[ansel] Newbie trying real hard to set up ansel

Ansel makes heavy use of the datatree backend to store its information.  The
scripts to set up these tables are in horde/scripts/db/category_mysql.sql. (it
used to be called categories, but was changed to datatree.  The scripts &
tables just haven't been changed yet...)
